    Zarząd Lubawa SA informuje, o zgłoszeniu przez subskrybenta Silver Hexarion Holdings Limited chęci objęcia 27.500.000 akcji zwykłych, na okaziciela serii F jako wykonaniu praw wynikających z wyemitowanych przez Lubawa S.A. warrantów subskrypcyjnych serii A (uchwała NWZA z dnia 15.02.2011r, raport bieżący 12/2011).

    The Board of the Directors of Lubawa SA informed about the subscriber Silver Hexarion Holdings Limited declaration relate to acquisition of 27,500,000 ordinary bearer shares series F, as the embodiment of rights arising from issued by Lubawa SA subscription warrants series A (resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of 15.02.2011r., current report no 12/2011).
